1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time

All orders are custom-built and made to order.

Standard processing time is 5–7 business days from the date the order is confirmed and payment is received.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend slightly. Customers will be notified of any delays.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reliable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on the size and destination of your mailbox.

Shipping method selection may be automatically determined by our system based on the package size and delivery speed.

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Numailbox.com is responsible for an error in shipping.

Standard delivery within the continental U.S. is typically 3–10 business days after shipping.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and location. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer transit times.
6. Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

Numailbox.com carefully inspects all mailboxes before shipping to ensure they are secure and protected.

If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 8 hours of delivery. We will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it. Replacement or refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
