Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

(Texas Customers)

1. Overview and Acceptance of Policy

This Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy governs all purchases, orders, and services provided by Numailboxes.com, a Texas-based mailbox construction, manufacturing, delivery, and installation company, Numailboxes.com.

By placing an order, signing an estimate or contract, making payment, or allowing installation to begin, the customer, Numailboxes.com, acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in full.


2. No Returns on Custom-Made Products

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

The Company does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. This is due to the nature of our products and services, which include but are not limited to:

  • Custom-built mailboxes designed to customer specifications

  • Mailboxes built to comply with USPS, HOA, municipal, or site-specific requirements

  • Products fabricated specifically for an individual customer, address, or installation location

  • Products that are permanently installed in the ground, concrete, or other fixed locations

Under Texas law, custom-made or specially manufactured goods are not subject to return once production has begun or the product has been delivered or installed.


3. Reasons Returns Are Not Offered

Returns are not accepted for the following important and material reasons:

  1. Custom Manufacturing
    Each mailbox is built specifically for the customer and cannot be resold, reused, or repurposed.

  2. Permanent or Semi-Permanent Installation
    Many products are installed into concrete or fixed structures, making removal impractical and damaging.

  3. Compliance Requirements
    Products are often built to comply with:

    • USPS regulations

    • Local city or county codes

    • HOA or neighborhood requirements
      These requirements vary by location and cannot be transferred to another property.

  4. Risk of Damage After Delivery or Installation
    Once delivered or installed, the Company cannot verify the condition, handling, or environmental exposure of the product.

  5. Labor and Material Costs
    Significant labor, materials, fabrication time, and third-party costs are incurred immediately upon order acceptance.


4. No Refunds

Refunds are not offered, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size, style, color, or design

  • HOA or city disapproval after order placement

  • Property sale or relocation

  • Delays caused by weather, permitting, or customer unavailability

  • Customer failure to verify HOA, USPS, or municipal requirements prior to ordering


5. Cancellations

5.1 Orders for Custom Mailboxes

Once an order has been placed and accepted, cancellation is not permitted.

Production may begin immediately upon order acceptance, and materials may be ordered or fabricated the same day.

5.2 Installation Services

If installation services are scheduled and the customer cancels or reschedules:

  • Any deposits or payments made are non-refundable

  • The Company reserves the right to charge additional fees for rescheduling, wasted labor, or lost time


6. Deposits and Payments

  • All deposits are non-refundable

  • Full payment may be required prior to fabrication, delivery, or installation

  • Failure to pay remaining balances does not entitle the customer to a refund or return


7. Damaged or Defective Products

The Company will address manufacturing defects only under the following conditions:

  • The defect is reported within 48 hours of delivery or installation

  • The defect is determined solely by the Company to be a result of workmanship, not wear, misuse, vandalism, weather, impact, or improper use

At the Company’s sole discretion, the remedy may include:

  • Repair of the defective portion, or

  • Replacement of the defective component

Refunds will not be issued.


8. Shipping and Delivery Issues

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Acts of God, weather events, supply chain disruptions, or labor shortages

  • Damage caused after delivery or installation due to third parties or environmental factors

Once a product is delivered or installed, responsibility transfers to the customer.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service


10. Governing Law and Venue

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes arising from this Policy, the purchase, or the services provided shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Texas.


11. Policy Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of order placement shall govern the transaction.
